            Thomas L. Segrest is a partner of Graham and Segrest, LLP.  He was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1972 and concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Law, Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights, Real Estate and Litigation.  A native of Port Gibson, Mississippi, he is a graduate of Mississippi State University and the University of Mississippi School of Law.  He served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert G. Gillespie, Chief Justice of the Mississippi Supreme Court from 1972 to 1973 and is a past Chairman of the Civil Service Commission of the City of Columbus.
